His career has been marked by consistent involvement with reputable firms and consultancies, where he honed his expertise in litigation, corporate law, and real estate transactions. He is also versatile in computer operations, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. His professional development has been enriched by regular participation in training courses organized by some of Nigeria’s finest legal and corporate consultancy outfits, averaging two courses per year. These trainings have sharpened his professional acumen and positioned him for higher challenges. He has consistently featured as a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Unity Branch, Abuja.

Educationally, Mr. Abodunrin holds an LLM from Nasarawa State University, Keffi (2021–2023), a BL from the Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Abuja (2000–2001), and an LLB from the University of Ilorin (1994–1999). Prior to his legal studies, he obtained a National Diploma in Secretarial Administration from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State (1991–1993), and completed his secondary education at Community High School, Ayekale, Saki, where he earned his WASCE (1982–1988).

His employment history reflects a steady rise in responsibility and influence. Since February 2009, he has served as Principal Partner at Omega Reigns Chambers, located at No. 14 Alexandria Crescent, Wuse II, Abuja. Concurrently, he held the position of Company Secretary at SunTrust Mortgage Bank Limited, Abuja, from 2009 to 2017. Before these roles, he was a Solicitor at Legal Resources Alliance (Real Estate & Legal Consultants), AP Plaza, Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, Wuse II, Abuja, from September 2003 to January 2009. In these capacities, his responsibilities included general litigation, contract and agreement reviews, drafting and negotiation of joint venture agreements, debt negotiations and loan documentation, recoveries and security disposals, mergers and acquisitions, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, as well as corporate due diligence.

Mr. Abodunrin is credited with strong analytical and report-writing skills, excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency in computer operations, and a proven ability to work effectively in teams. His interpersonal skills have enabled him to build and sustain professional relationships across diverse sectors.
